What rights do producers retain?

You keep full ownership of your work. The platform receives a non-exclusive distribution licence for the territories and release windows you select — nothing more.

How does revenue sharing work?

Producers receive 70% of net revenue from streams and licensing. Payouts are issued monthly once your balance clears the minimum threshold, with line-item reporting available in the dashboard.

What are the submission requirements?

We accept ProRes or H.264 masters at 1080p or higher, with separate audio stems where available. Each submission needs proof of underlying rights and music clearances.

Can I withdraw a project after submission?

Yes — projects can be withdrawn at any point before distribution begins. Once a title is live, withdrawal follows the window you agreed to in your distribution terms.

How is the leaderboard ranked?

Rankings combine watch time, completion rate, and verified engagement signals from the last 30 days, weighted to reward sustained attention over short bursts.

How often does the leaderboard update?

Live positions refresh daily at 06:00 UTC. A full weekly recap with movement summaries publishes every Monday morning.

Can I see historical rankings?

Yes — your dashboard archives every ranking snapshot back to your first month on the platform, so you can track trajectory over time.

What signals earn leaderboard points?

Completed watches, watchlist saves, shares to external platforms, and endorsements from verified producers all contribute. Bot traffic is filtered out before scoring.

Do private projects affect my rank?

No. Only projects visible to your audience tier count toward your rank — private cuts and unlisted drafts are ignored entirely.

How is engagement measured?

A weighted blend of watch depth, completion rate, repeat views, and community reactions — designed to reflect genuine attention rather than vanity metrics.

Can I see who's engaging with my project?

Aggregate insights show region, role (viewer, producer, distributor), and watch context — but individual viewer identity is never exposed.

What counts as a meaningful engagement?

Any view past 60% completion, plus saves, shares, or comments from verified accounts. Drive-by clicks under five seconds don't count toward your score.

Does engagement affect distribution priority?

Yes. Projects above the engagement threshold receive automatic feature placement on the discovery rail and priority slotting in curated collections.

How can I boost engagement on a project?

Tighten your metadata, upload a supporting trailer, and schedule premieres during your audience's active hours. Producers who include behind-the-scenes content see the largest lifts.

What file formats do you accept?

ProRes (any variant), DNxHD/DNxHR, and H.264 in an MP4 container. Higher source bitrates produce cleaner transcodes — we'd rather you upload heavy than over-compress upfront.

Is there a file size limit?

Up to 50 GB per master. Larger projects can be split across multiple parts with sequencing metadata, and the platform reassembles them on the viewer side.

Can I upload multiple cuts of the same project?

Yes — variants are linked under a single title and the dashboard tracks performance per cut, so you can A/B-test director's cuts against theatrical edits.

How long does processing take?

Typically 20–90 minutes depending on length, codec, and resolution. You'll get a dashboard notification and email as soon as the master is ready for review.

Can I replace an uploaded file later?

Yes, until distribution begins. Once a title is live, replacing the master requires a takedown plus a fresh submission so all downstream caches refresh cleanly.
